Switching to recyclable packaging doesn't mean giving up product protection. DINGLI PACK's recyclable flat bottom pouches are made for dry foods that need reliable protection from oxygen and moisture. The PE/PE structure can be paired with high-barrier MDOPE film, giving you a recyclable packaging option for rice, oats, cereals, roasted grains and other dry food products.

Your packaging can be built around the product, not the other way around. Select your bag size, print finish and functional features. We offer 500g to 5kg formats and larger custom sizes, plus zippers, transparent windows, handles and one-way degassing valves where needed.

How much does custom packaging cost? +

Pricing depends on the packaging size, material structure, printing method, finish, accessories, and order quantity. For custom pouches and flexible packaging, we quote the complete project rather than giving you a misleading “starting from” price. Send us your size, material preference, quantity and artwork if available, and our factory team can work out a practical option for your budget.

What is your MOQ for custom printed pouches? +

Our standard MOQ starts from 500 pieces for many custom packaging projects, but the workable minimum can vary by pouch style, material, printing process and number of SKUs. If you're launching a new product, don't automatically order more than you need. We can discuss a lower-volume option, stock structure, digital printing or a phased production plan when it makes sense.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order? +

Absolutely. We recommend sampling before production, especially for food pouches, coffee bags, stand-up pouches and other performance-sensitive packaging. Depending on your project, we can arrange a blank structure sample, printed sample or production-representative sample so you can check the size, material, seal, appearance and overall workmanship before approving the bulk run.

Can you help with packaging design and dielines? +

Yes. If you already have artwork, we can work from your file and provide the correct dieline, dimensions and print specifications. If your packaging design is still in progress, our team can also help you adjust the layout for the actual pouch structure, zipper, tear notch, gusset and sealing area. The goal is simple: make sure your artwork looks good on screen and works on the finished package.

What printing options are available for custom packaging? +

We can match the printing process to your quantity, artwork and budget. Depending on the project, options can include gravure, digital printing and other flexible-packaging print processes. We also offer finishes such as matte, gloss and selected special effects. For short runs or multiple SKUs, digital printing can make more sense; for larger production volumes, conventional printing may provide a better unit cost.

How do you make sure the print colors stay consistent? +

Color consistency starts before the press runs. We check the artwork, color references, substrate, ink coverage and print proof before production, then inspect the printed material during production. Keep in mind that the same artwork can look slightly different on kraft paper, white film, clear film or metallized material. For brand-critical colors, we recommend approving a production-representative proof before the full run.

How long does custom packaging production take? +

A typical custom packaging project takes around 15–30 working days for production, depending on the structure, printing method, material availability, finishing and order quantity. The clock really starts after artwork and specifications are approved. If you have a launch date, trade show or retail deadline, tell us upfront — we can work backward from your target date and recommend the most practical production route.

What quality checks are done before shipment? +

Quality control covers more than just appearance. Depending on the packaging type, we check dimensions, printing, sealing, material construction, workmanship, accessories and packing condition. For food and product packaging, the right barrier and seal performance are also important. We can discuss your inspection requirements and quality standards before production so there are no surprises at the end of the order.

Can I order different sizes or designs in one project? +

Yes, and this is especially useful for brands with several SKUs, flavors, sizes or product variants. The exact pricing and MOQ treatment depends on whether the designs share the same material structure and production setup. If you're launching several products, send us the SKU list together — we can look for the most efficient way to organize the run instead of pricing every bag as an unrelated project.

There isn't one “best” packaging material for every product. We normally look at what you're filling, shelf life, oxygen and moisture sensitivity, heat resistance, filling method, appearance and sustainability goals before recommending a structure. Options may include kraft paper, PE/PE structures, PET/PE, aluminum barrier films, recyclable structures and other flexible packaging materials.
