Routine Cleaning and Sanitation

A clean production area is part of good packaging manufacturing. DINGLI PACK carries out routine cleaning and sanitation across the factory, with regular attention to production areas, equipment and working surfaces.

Dust, film residue and general production debris are kept under control through daily cleaning and routine housekeeping. Production areas are kept orderly, so cleaning is part of the normal working day rather than a last-minute job before an inspection.

A cleaner factory means a better working environment and fewer unnecessary problems during production.

Faster Printing at Up to 350 Meters per Minute

For high-volume packaging orders, DINGLI PACK also runs fully automatic high-speed printing machines. Printing speed reaches up to 350 meters per minute, with daily output of up to 800,000 meters.

The machines support both surface printing and reverse printing. Electronic memory helps keep setup information consistent, while high-precision printing controls help maintain accurate registration and stable color during long production runs.

Stable Lamination for Reliable Packaging

DINGLI PACK operates 3 lamination machines for multi-layer flexible packaging. Depending on the product and packaging requirements, we can laminate structures with 3 to 5 layers.

During lamination, we pay close attention to bonding, film alignment and overall material appearance. The goal is simple: a flat, clean and stable laminated film that can move smoothly into slitting and bag making.

Good lamination should not draw attention to itself. It should simply keep the packaging structure strong, neat and ready for the next step.

More Efficient Production, Less Unnecessary Waste

DINGLI PACK looks at environmental efficiency from the production side. Better use of ink and materials means less unnecessary waste across large packaging orders.

Our high-line-screen anilox technology improves ink transfer, allowing the required color density to be reached with less ink. Digital printing is also a practical choice for suitable short runs and multiple SKUs, where customers may not need to produce large quantities at one time.

Less unnecessary ink, more controlled production and fewer excess packages sitting in storage. These are simple changes, but they add up over time.

Quality Testing in Our Own Laboratory

Quality control at DINGLI PACK starts in our own laboratory. We use dedicated testing equipment to check packaging materials and finished bags during production, not only at the end.

Our laboratory is equipped with a retort testing machine, tensile testing equipment, drop testing machine, burst testing machine, friction testing equipment, elongation and strength testing equipment, and gas chromatography equipment. Different tests are used for different packaging requirements, giving our production team clear data to work with.

01

Residual Solvent Testing

Gas chromatography is used to analyze organic substances and check residual solvents in packaging materials. This gives us a closer look at what remains in the material after printing and production.

02

Heat Seal Strength Testing

Heat sealing is a key part of flexible packaging. We test seal strength to make sure the heat-sealed layer meets the required packaging specifications and stays secure during storage and transportation.

03

Interlayer Bond Strength Testing

For multi-layer packaging, the bond between each layer matters. We test interlayer adhesion to check whether the laminated structure is properly bonded and stable.

04

Burst Testing

Burst testing measures how much internal pressure a finished bag can withstand before failure. It is useful for packaging where pressure resistance is an important part of product performance.

05

Pressure and Leak Testing

Pressure testing is used to evaluate the bag's resistance to leakage and overflow. The test gives us a practical way to check how the finished package performs under pressure.

06

Tensile Strength Testing

Tensile testing measures the strength and load limits of packaging materials. The results help us understand how the material may perform during handling, transportation and storage.

07

Puncture Resistance Testing

Packaging can face sharp edges and rough handling during filling, shipping and storage. Puncture testing checks whether the bag can withstand this kind of stress without tearing.

08

Drop Testing

Drop testing is used to set practical standards for both individual bags and packed cartons. Our default standard is a free vertical drop from 1.5 meters, repeated 5 times, with no damage to the bag.

These tests give DINGLI PACK measurable quality data at different stages of production. The goal is straightforward: packaging that performs properly, not just packaging that looks good.

What Our Packaging Customers Say

Feedback from customers working with DINGLI on custom packaging projects.

★★★★★

“Tracy was honestly a big help throughout the whole process. She replied quickly, kept track of the details and, most importantly, followed up when something needed to be confirmed. We had a couple of changes during sampling — nothing major, but enough to cause headaches with some suppliers. Tracy handled them without making it complicated. Really appreciated that.”

★★★★★

“The pouches came out really well. Print was clean, the colors were close to our approved artwork, and the material felt exactly how we wanted it to. We were a little nervous about the first larger run, to be honest, but there was no unpleasant surprise when the boxes arrived. Everything was packed properly and the bags looked good.”

★★★★★

“We started with pouches, then added paper boxes for another SKU. That was actually the part I liked most — we didn't have to start from zero with another supplier. One team, one set of conversations, and the packaging could be planned together. It saved us quite a bit of back-and-forth on our side. We’ll probably add more products this way.”

Custom Packaging FAQ: Materials, Products, Production & Compliance

Buyers often have the same practical questions before choosing a custom packaging manufacturer. Here are the key points to consider before production.

What products does a custom packaging manufacturer produce?
A full-service packaging manufacturer may support several packaging categories instead of only one product type. Our range includes custom flexible packaging such as stand up pouches, flat bottom bags, coffee bags, snack bags, pet food bags, sauce pouches and spout pouches, along with custom paper boxes, folding cartons, paper tubes and paper cans. This allows different packaging formats to be developed through one packaging supply chain.
How do I select the right flexible packaging format?
Format selection depends on the product, fill weight, filling equipment, shelf-life requirements and sales channel. Stand up pouches are commonly used for food, snacks and pet products, while flat bottom bags and coffee bags may be chosen when structure, shelf presence or barrier performance are important. Spout pouches can be useful for sauces, beverages and other products that need controlled dispensing. The final format should be based on both product performance and practical production requirements.
How do you choose the material structure for food packaging?
The packaging structure is matched to the product's protection needs. Moisture, oxygen, light, aroma, puncture resistance and sealing performance can all affect material selection. Different film and barrier combinations may be considered depending on the application. For brands exploring recyclable packaging, suitable mono-material structures can also be reviewed where the required performance can be achieved.
What barrier and functional features can custom packaging provide?
Custom flexible packaging can be developed for specific functional needs such as moisture resistance, oxygen barrier, light protection, puncture resistance and product freshness. Additional features may include resealable zippers, tear notches, valves, spouts and handles. The right combination depends on the product, packaging format and how the package will be filled, stored, transported and opened.
Can you support food-contact packaging requirements for the US and EU?
Yes. Food-contact requirements vary by market, material, food type and intended use, so they should be reviewed as part of the packaging specification. We can support material selection and provide applicable testing or compliance documentation for projects serving US and European markets. For EU projects, relevant sustainability and PPWR-related requirements can also be considered during packaging development and material selection.
What sustainable packaging solutions are available?
Sustainable packaging depends on the product application and the requirements of the target market. Depending on the project, options may include recyclable structures, material reduction and compostable packaging. The important point is to consider sustainability together with barrier performance, package weight, product protection and end-of-life expectations rather than choosing a material based on a sustainability label alone.
What printing and finishing options are available?
Custom printed packaging can be produced using printing methods suited to the packaging format, artwork and order requirements. Gravure printing and digital printing are available, while selected finishing options can include matte or gloss surfaces, spot UV and other decorative effects. Before production, artwork, dimensions, colors and finish requirements are reviewed to make sure the production specification is clear.
What is the MOQ for custom packaging orders?
MOQ varies by packaging type, material, dimensions, printing method and production process. Some projects can start from around 500 pieces, which can be useful for smaller brands testing a new product or packaging format. Larger orders can be planned with volume-based pricing. The actual MOQ is confirmed after the packaging specifications are reviewed.
Can I get samples before moving into production?
Yes. Sampling allows buyers to check the packaging size, material, structure, printing, finish and overall appearance before a larger production order. Depending on the project, physical samples can be produced for approval. This is especially useful when a packaging specification is new or when several material or structural options need to be compared before production.
How do you handle production quality control and international delivery?
Quality control covers key production stages including printing, lamination, slitting, bag making or forming, and finished packaging inspection. Approved specifications and samples are used as production references. For international orders, delivery planning depends on the packaging format, quantity, destination and selected shipping method. The production and shipping schedule is confirmed according to the individual order rather than using one fixed lead time for every packaging project.
