Q1: Can the bag to be matte finish?

A: Of course, both glossy and matte are working. Because flat bottom bag requires high temperature for heat seal, we suggest the side gusset part to be glossy or printed with matte ink. Front and back can be in MOPP material.

Q2: Why flat bottom requires 2 sets print plate ?

A: It is needed because of bag cutting process, we need to print front, back and bottom together, and 2 side gussets to be printed together. So we need 2 sets print plate.

Q3: Can I get sample bag of my own design, and then start with mass production?

A: No problem. The print plate charge and sample charge is needed.

Q4: Do you have tin tie? Can be it colorful?

A: Sure, the standard tin tie is in black and white color, for customized color, there is extra charge.

Q5: Do we need to pay the color cost for tin tie again when we reorder next time ?

A: Yes, because it is produced according to the order quantity. We don’t keep stock for tin tie.
