Filling tips that actually help
Filling pouches isn’t hard. You just need a simple routine. Here’s what our teams do every day.
Open the bag and press the bottom so the gusset pops out. Now it stands.
Use a scoop or funnel. Don’t try to pour a powder with your hands unless you like cleaning.
Let the sides expand naturally as you fill. They will. That’s normal.
Fill to about three-quarters. Not full to the brim. Leave room to seal.
Seal with a heat sealer or a good machine. Then add a resealable zipper if you want repeat use. A resealable zipper pouch is great for customers who don’t finish a pack in one go.
